    This first step is the most important as it is where we meet our client and learn about the issues and the goals for the space.

  • Schematic design

    Explore design concepts; testing options and getting a general idea of what the project can become. The floor plans and shape of the project will begin to take form.

  • Design Development

    Define and develop all important aspects of the project; produce a set of drawings and, outline specifications to show potential contractors plans for cost estimation.

  • Construction Plans

    Develop the Design Drawings into a precise set of Construction Documents.

    We show how the building components should be connected, specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and finalize our drawings in coordination with structural plans.

  • Obtain Building Permits

    Perform code studies, fill out city application documents and apply for permit with the respective municipality.

    Sometimes required, a 3D package comparing the existing and projected versions of the home is presented to the municipal CCU committee to ensure it visually conforms to their guidelines.

  • Build it

    At this point, the range of our services can range from site visits to project management, this changes from project to project based on client needs.
