Groupe Anthem's architectural mandate included the development of the residence and preparation of the drawings required to bring the project from design through construction. The exterior combines masonry, dark cladding and large window openings to establish a distinctly contemporary residential character.

The completed project reflects the original architectural intent while balancing modern design with the practical requirements of a new family home.
