We work with homeowners planning renovations, additions, structural modifications and new construction throughout the West Island, including:

Pointe-Claire, Beaconsfield, Kirkland, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Dorval, Senneville, Baie-d'Urfé and Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

We also provide residential design and structural engineering services throughout Montreal and Laval, including projects in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, Ahuntsic-Cartierville and other Montreal boroughs, as well as residential projects across Laval.

Municipal requirements vary by location and project type. Our role is to help develop the project, prepare the required architectural and structural drawings, and coordinate the documentation required for permit and construction.
